Spotify.5.8.0.1029x86.MOD - X86 version patched as normal + added ad prefs to settings page.
Spotify-5.8.0.1029.ARM - Arm version patched as normal + added ad prefs to settings page.
All previous patches added to the X86 + ARM versions, X86 version is new so patched differently from the Arm version, I don't have an x86 device so only tested this in bluestacks - all patched were tested, but ad blocking was only tested for around about 1/2 hour with no ads detected.
